SO WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY EMPLOYMENT?

Employment in simple terms means an occupation by which a person earns a living. You will be shocked to know india produces more than 15 lakh engineers every year out of which 80% are unemployed. It is leading in our country this is not because of the engineers its because of the lack of Jobs the government is offering them. According to me every state should atleast appoint job opportunities to 5 lakh engineers. India is considered to be the land of legends , where legends grow and teach the world how to live. One of the great person said once that  "Employment is the economy of the country". Employment leads the country in every field, it also increase the GDP of the country. Now in this period of coronavirus many business companies like Bajaj auto, TVS motors have already  resolved  to cut the salaries of the employees. Its becomes very difficult for the poors who can't get one time food also. Many social organizations are coming up and solving the problems of the poor and needy people.

Time and Compensation of Employment

Employment agreements vary, as they may involve different time commitments and compensation plans.

• 1.An hourly part-time job that is paid a certain dollar amount for each hour worked
• 
  
• 2.Full-time employment in which individuals receive a salary and benefits from an employer for performing the tasks required by a particular position
• 
  
• 3.For a short period of time or it can last 30-40 years with the same employer.
• 
  
• 4.On a flexible employee work schedule or require the employee to work a 40-hour week with an hour for lunch and two 20-minute breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon⁠—as required by law.

As long as the employer upholds their agreement to pay the employee⁠—and pay on time⁠—and the employee wishes to continue working for the employer, the employment relationship will continue.

Government Role in Employment

In many countries, much of the employment relationship between an employer and employee is governed by the needs, profitability, and management philosophy of the employer. The employment relationship is also driven by the availability of employees in the marketplace (i.e., less available talent, more negotiating power for the employee) and the expectations of employees about their employers of choice. However, the government should support each and every citizen. There should not be any discrimination based on caste, gender, religion, etc.  

WAYS TO INCREASE EMPLOYMENT

There are many ways to increase the rate of employment in a state or country. As I have already told you each state should at least give jobs to 5 lakh people every year. Being a youth my ideas and imagination will differ from old aged grouped citizens. I will again tell you to increase employment you should maintain equality among ourselves firstly we should not fight on the issues of poverty, caste, religion, and many more topics. The major problem we are facing in our country is directly reflecting in caste and religious issues. In this 21st century, money is given more importance than humanity, the mindset of all parents is the same every parent wants their child to become a rich personality in the future but nobody tells their child to be a good human first. It's not the mistake of the parents it's the mistake of the whole generation. This generation is totally based on technology. I will talk about this matter in my next upcoming blog. Coming back to the point, I want to mention my home place which is Latur.  

Latur is a city located in Maharashtra, it is ranked in 120 positions in terms of population. The current population of latur is 382,754. Latur has produced many great politicians like Shri. Vilasroa Deshmukh, Shri.Keshavrao Sonawane and many more. I have mentioned Latur because I am impressed by the industrials which are going to establish soon. Amazingly one of the Coach factories is also going to be established soon. There are currently 3 coach factories in India and it will be great if the 4th coach factory will establish in later. Click here. The youth of Maharashtra can get employment by setting up industries like poultry rearing, goat rearing, dal production, only if the government encourages these industries, employment will be available. Workers will have to be created through ITI, vocational education, technical education, skill education. Further employment can be found in private companies, foreign companies.

But it requires skilled labor. Production is not good without skill. That requires training, to provide these types of training the government should plan certain workshops throughout the country to find and create new and talented employees throughout the country. One of the big problems that every poor is facing is he/she cannot provide the right education to his/her child this is because traditional education is decreasing day by day. New Private schools and colleges are opening and they are taking huge donations from the parents. The poor people cannot afford these fees and hence they send their children to public schools or they send their children for labor. In our country, child labor is increasing at a great speed but for your kind information Government has enacted the Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Amendment Act, 2016 which came into force w.e.f. 1.9. 2016. The Amendment Act completely prohibits the employment of children below 14 years.f anyone is caught doing this act his/her parent is considered to be the victim. Though the government is doing its best to solve this problem it is very difficult for the 82 lakh population to bring in control.
